Turkey Bacon, Tomato, Spinach, Egg White Scramble
2 pieces Turkey Bacon
1/2 Tomato chopped
1 Cup Spinach
2 Egg Whites
1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Container Counts: 1 1/2 Red, 1 1/2 Green, 1 tsp
Cook up bacon, set aside. Melt coconut oil and add spinach, saute until just coated. Add tomatoes. Pour in Egg and Egg Whites, scramble. Voila!! Add a side of fruit, and you’re good to GO! Easy!
